When Jean Hodges took a leap of faith and founded Hodges Associates in 1974 (because there were no advertising agencies in her new hometown of Fayetteville, NC), she was “it”! There were no associates and no “ready-made” clients. But that would quickly change. Jean’s determination, her experience and expertise, and her ability to “spot” talented and dedicated staff set the tone for the remarkable growth the agency experienced over the next four decades.
